Q: What is RedCARE+?
A: RedCARE+, sometimes referred to as managed services, provides ongoing IT support, through a fixed, flat, monthly rate. This allows our clients to proactively monitor their networks as oppose reacting to a major problem, which can be an expensive fix.
Q: What are my options within RedCare+?
A: We understand that each business is different, requiring solutions that meet a variety of needs. Which is why, RedCARE+ provides four options, beginning with the Starter program all the way to the Premier package. For a full list of details, click here.
Q:If I sign up for this program, what is my commitment?
A:We request that clients sign up for a 12-month commitment to allow us to allocate the appropriate resources to your account. However, for first-time contracts, we will allow an initial 6-month commitment to allow you to test the waters and see if this program works for you. You may also cancel this agreement at any time, without penalty, as long as you give us 30-days’ written notice.
Q: Are new hardware and software installation costs covered under this agreement?
A:Yes, if you sign up for the Premier Service. If you are a Starter, Advance or Complete client, you will receive a discount on our rates for installing and configuring new hardware and software. Note: The costs of the hardware and software are NOT included. However, we will act on your behalf to research, recommend, and purchase new hardware and software at no additional cost if you are a Platinum Client.
Q: Will you guarantee that I won’t have any technical problems or downtime?
A:No, we cannot guarantee that you will never have any technical problems or downtime; no one can. However, we will guarantee you will see a significant drop in the number of problems you experience and a dramatic improvement in the speed, performance, and reliability of your system. Plus, if you are a Premier Client, we will resolve any computer network problems without billing you additional fees.
Q: Do small business really benefit from this type of 24/7 maintenance and monitoring program?
A: Yes, regardless of size, proactive IT support will always be more cost effective than reactive support. This program will allow you to focus on the business instead of worrying about data loss, potential viruses and expensive downtime.
Q: I am just too busy to switch from reactive tech support to proactive monitoring. How long/complicated will be implementing RedCARE+?
A: It takes 30 days or less to initialize a RedCARE+ environment and begin migration. Actual implementation time depends on the project plan, based on each client’s network.

At no charge to you, a senior engineer will come to your office to perform a thorough network audit to look for current and potential problems lurking within your network.
